Cycle Mend respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you, how we Cycle Mend collect and processes your personal data through your use of our website, when you purchase a product, make an online inquiry or contact via telephone (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Cycle Mend does not sell, rent or give out personal details you submit to any third party. We may use your phone number, address or email address to contact you about an order. Any personal details gathered from orders or inquiries (collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) are kept safely.
CONTROLLER
Cycle Mend Limited is the controller and responsible for your personal data (referred to as “Cycle Mend”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice).
Delivery Times
We do our best to dispatch quickly as possible. We operate Monday to Friday and usually dispatch items within 2 days of receiving an order. If express delivery is requested (1-2 days), if its standard delivery is requested 3-5days. We will dispatch the item next day. If free delivery is requested, we will provide same day delivery only to the postcodes stated at checkout.
THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. We also keep this basic information about our customers for six years following your most recent purchase from us, to enable us to deal efficiently with any after-sales queries that you may have. We keep customer profile information that you have indicated you are happy for us to have in order to keep you up to date regarding our products, services and events and will keep this information until such time as you indicate you no longer wish us to keep this data.
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
8.YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS-ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have a right to ask us if we are storing personal information about you please contact us via our ‘contact us’ page and, if you wish, you can request to get a copy of the personal data we hold about you through email, an administration fee applies. We may ask for proof of identity before providing any information and reserve the right to refuse to provide information requested if identity is not established. You can ask us to remove your personal information from our database at anytime.

Cycle Mend has the right to amend, change and update the policy as and when need without prior notice. We will communicate any policy updates or changes to our Users via our website bicycleland.co.uk.
