Payment Terms

You can use credit cards, debit cards PayPal. Pre-payment is required before dispatch of any goods. All prices are current at the time of purchase. Cycle Mend will do its best to ensure product availability, however, reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice. If an order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified via email or phone call within 2 business days.

14 Days Return

If you change your mind you have 14 days from the date you receive your item, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will deduct the original shipping cost and the customer will be responsible for the return cost unless returned due to manufacturing/defective/quality issue. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which can be emailed to us at info@cyclemend.co.uk. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If the item is unpackaged and used we will inspect upon receipt of item and deduct an amount if parts need replacing to bring it back to its original condition. We will provide a full breakdown of the deduction. 

Returns And Refunds

Once you receive your item the warranty comes into effect. In the case of a functional issue for the purchased item, customers are required to clearly indicate quality/defect with pictures or videos. We will try to repair/replace the defective part. We may also offer you a replacement bike or exchange. If you still want to return the item, we will provide the shipping label for you to securely attach to packaging. Upon receipt of item we will inspect it before processing a refund. Once we accept your return query we will provide you with the return delivery address, please wait for our email confirmation before returning your item.

In case there’ll be any damaged, missing parts or accessories in your order within 14 days, customers are required to clearly indicate the missing/damaged item with pictures or videos. Cycle Mend will provide a replacement.

Please contact us at info@cyclemend.co.uk and get our written approval before sending any item back. Refund will usually take 3-8 business days back to your account depending on the original payment method you used.

Delivery Times

We do our best to dispatch quickly as possible. We operate Monday to Friday and usually dispatch items within 2-3 working days of receiving an order. If express delivery is requested (1-2 days), we will dispatch the item next working day. If free delivery is requested, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days. Please note once items have been dispatched it is no longer in our control, if there is a delay in receiving your item you may contact the courier, in addition please let us know too.

Collection

Items purchased online can be collected from our collection point, please select the option when placing your order. We, Cycle Mend, will then arrange a collection date with you, the customer as soon as the order is received.

Products

monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

Delays

On rare occasions due to matters outside the control of Cycle Mend there may be a minor delay. If your item has not arrived, please allow additional 1-2 days for delivery.  However we endeavor to meet the delivery date. If you have not received your item by the expected date, please contact us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, If your item has been dispatched, you will need to confirm with us before returning your item and you will need to cover the original shipping cost.

Errors, Inaccuracies Or Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

How The Contract For The Goods Is Formed Between You, The Customer And Cycle Mend?

After placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cycle Mend. Once Cycle Mend accepts your order, a contract to purchase the goods from Cycle Mend takes effect between you and us. The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email. In the event of us not being able to fulfill your order we will immediately process a refund to the original method of payment, and notify you via email.

Placing An Order

  1. Select the goods you require from the website, select the colour, select the delivery option and click ‘Add to Basket’. Then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  2. Choose the quantity of goods you wish to purchase from Cycle Mend.
  3. Review your cart and make sure all specifications such as size and colour are correct, then click “Proceed to Checkout” Fill in delivery and billing details, select method of payment.
  4. If you are a new user you can either check out as a guest, or, can enter an email address and create a username and password for an account. You must keep your username and password confidential as they will allow access to your account. To continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address) and delivery address
  5. Once you have set up an account or decided to check out as a guest, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation and delivery options page where you may enter voucher codes, select the type of delivery, and vary delivery and/or billing addresses.
  6. You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Your payment will be collected from you by Cycle Mend Limited. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided. By placing an order through this site, you are legally entering into binding contracts with Cycle Mend.

Our Goods

A description of the main characteristics of goods can be found on the product pages of the Website. Prices for goods on the
Website appear on the product pages. Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for limited periods. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion. The Website contains a large number of goods and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Price quotations are given on the assumption that no variation in the price will be made by the manufacturer/sole importer and that Government levies remain unaltered. In the event of such changes, the price of any orders placed before the variation will remain the same and no further increases will be passed to you. Cycle Mend is under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we, or our suppliers, have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or if the delivery service provider does not deliver to your area. All specifications are advised by the manufacturer; however these can be subject to change by the manufacturer at any time, without prior warning.

Data Protection And Privacy

Any personal information provided to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

What Does The Warranty Cover?

All our products come with 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. The warranty covers the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Of Manufacturer

Battery – Battery can be replaced while there is more than 50% attenuation. (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)
Controller – Replaced only in Dysfunction condition (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)
Motor – Replaced only in Dysfunction condition (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)
Charger – Replaced only in Dysfunction condition (It is not applicable for any accidental or water
damage)

If the product has quality/functional problems after 15 days, please contact the manufacturer for help or contact us. We will help you contact the manufacturer.

  1. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for 3 months from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period, whichever is longer.
  2. Manufacturer may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt or
    reconditioned product.
  3. Items that are under warranty and have encountered issues due to a manufacturing defect, customers may utilise the manufacturer’s service warranty.
  4. User negligence is not covered under the repair warranty.
  5. Under warranty repairs are free, parts are free and servicing is free within 6 months of purchase date excluding parts. 

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

The warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by weather conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, unauthorised
modifications, commercial use, overload use, accident, electronic device water ingress and will be deemed as damage caused by human. These conditions may include, but are not limited to accidents, misuse, weather conditions or improper maintenance. Warranty does not include shipping and handling costs (which
under exceptional circumstances may be waived at Cycle Mend’s sole discretion).

Extended Warranty With Cycle Mend

All customers who purchase an e-bike or scooter with us are eligible to buy an Extended Warranty with Cycle Mend with an additional cost. This will cover you for a further 12 months after your 1 year warranty period ends.  You must buy your cover within 30 days of purchasing your item. Servicing-covers inspecting, and maintenance, of all components and parts. All warranty terms above still applies. Servicing- All customers are entitled to free servicing twice within six months of purchase date from Cycle Mend, excluding parts.
